I have to share funny stories with you guys and I know someday as we look back together it will be great laughs with my boys...Well this morning on the way to daycare, Drayke says to me, "Mommy I had this horrid dream last night!"...I said, "well son would you like to talk about it?" He answers, "I just can't mom, its just too awful!"...So after a bit I said, "Drayke when something is bothering you its always okay to tell me and I would really like to hear about your dream!" So...He takes a deep sigh and said, "okay well here is goes!"..."I had a dream that the woman I want to marry fell in love with someone else and married another boy!" I said, "son you're seven who is this special one?" He told me all about a little girl he goes to daycare with named Carly(mind you this is the girl who gives him her mother's cash on the playground) and how she is just in love with Reid and how he is just so devistated over it...So me trying to help him with such an ordeal says to him, "Well Drayke if Carly's in love with Reid you just find you someone else!" He says, "Momma have you lost your mind or something! I already got this taken care of! When I get to daycare today I'm just gonna break them up! Because she likes me and I know she does but I don't think she knows it yet! And anyway Reid doesn't like girls!"
I had never laughed so hard in my life! Drayke always has the ability to make me laugh in my worst of moods! I pray he always keeps his upbeat positive outlook and that special little twinkle in his eye!!! I love that kid! And I know someday he will have a wife who loves him too...Even if her name isn't Carly! LOL
