My boys say the cutest things! OMG! I love them...For example, coming home from school today Drayke starts flipping out in the back seat...He was so upset because he thought mommy forgot to return his feather with what he is thankful for to his school...Which I sent in this morning...But he forgot...So...He tells me "Mama they really really need it back because they have to glue it on the big chicken up at the office!" Bless his sweet heart...Turkey...Chicken...It's all the same...LOL...
He is such a good kid and doing fantastic in school...He is so intelligent and can read so well! I am amazed at what they have the 1st graders doing this year...Drayke's only problem...HE INSIST ON BEING THE CLASS CLOWN AND THE SCHOOL'S ENTERTAINMENT...He had his 1st and hopefully his last...though I'm doubtful...trip to the principal's office on Monday(11-8)...I asked what he did and of course he was making everyone laugh when the teacher was teaching...I asked him why and he said in the most innocent tone I've yet to hear to this day, "because mom its just fun...people need to laugh"...That I cannot argue and the class clown thing...he comes by honest...Oh...The joys of having little boys...I'm sure I will face many more challenges with these two lol!
Barrett Deagyn is doing great at preschool also! He loves his teachers...And he got STAR STUDENT OF THE WEEK award tWO weeks ago! I am so proud of him...He has a chart they go by to let me know his mood for the day...It consist of Sunny, Cloudy, and Stormy...Well Deagyn...He's my emotional child and gets so disgruntled at times...He will put his hands on his hips, stomp, poke his lip out, and say "I'm cloudy and I'm mad!" Sometimes he's just plum Stormy...LOL...But we love it...That's our Porkchop! His big brother finds that absolutely hysterical...He gets him to say it just so he can laugh...I gotta admit...It is cute! We shouldn't provoke it...But some things are just too cute to miss! LOL...Deagyn's new word he de-lich-us...Aka delicious! It is so precious when he says it! I will try to post video so you guys can hear it!
Lets see what else... I have never felt so blessed in my life...Every single day...Every single moment...Even the difficult ones...They only make me love them a little more...And I never knew I could love them anymore than I did the day I first had them...I never knew a heart could hold that much love capacity...But each day that passes...And I watch who they are becoming... it excites me and I give thanks that God continues to bless us with another day...I look forward to seeing the men my little boys turn out to be!!!
